Jarabe de la Rosa takes its name from a traditional Oaxacan dance celebrating love, heritage and the bond between people and land. The rose symbolizes beauty and devotion, while the dance honors Madre Tierra — a tribute to culture, nature and the spirit that gives mezcal its soul.

Our mezcal is nourished by ancestral varieties of agave cultivated over generations, and each plant carries with it the memory of the land and the families that cultivate it.

Harvested with patience and reverence, the agave is slowly roasted in clay ovens using ancestral methods that preserve its spirit and history. Each batch reflects a living tradition: preserving biodiversity, supporting local artisans, and honoring the cultural legacy that gives mezcal its soul.
